What we store

When you use StillOut we keep:

• Your account email, and the name we get when you sign in.
• Items you add: name, category, description, estimated value, serial number, notes, and photos you upload.
• Contacts you add: name, and email or phone if you enter them.
• Loans: which contact has an item, the return date, notes, and whether a reminder was sent.

Borrowers do not need an account. A borrower link only shows the loan you shared with them.

You're storing contact details to send reminders. That is the only reason we ask for a contact's email or phone.

What we don't do

We use this information to show you what is still out and to send reminders you set up. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

• Supabase stores the database and item photos.
• Vercel hosts the app.
• Resend sends reminder email when a contact has an email address.

Deletion

You can remove a contact in the app when they have no loan history. To delete your account and the items, photos, contacts, and loans stored for it, email hello@stillout.app.
